Singing, acting, dance and wellbeing. At PerformX Academy, young people develop their craft in a community where they can feel supported and belong.
Our weekly programs combine structured training, creative exploration and performance preparation. Students are encouraged to work hard, try new things and support each other, whatever their starting point.

Performing takes more than technique. We help our students build confidence, handle nerves and feel ready to step on stage. With a qualified mental health practitioner on staff, we support their wellbeing as well as their singing, acting and dance.

What will my child learn?
Our Academy programs bring singing, acting and dance together through structured training, creative exploration and performance preparation. Each stage gives young people opportunities to develop their skills, express themselves and work with others.
Is it for beginners or experienced performers?
Both are welcome. Whether your child is trying performing arts for the first time or already loves to perform, we’ll help you find the right starting point. Our approach combines encouragement with opportunities to develop and be challenged.
Do we have to choose singing, acting or dance?
No. All three disciplines are part of the weekly Academy program, so your child can explore different ways to express themselves in one place.
Where are the classes, and how long are they?
PerformX Academy offers classes in Werribee and Hoppers Crossing. X1 is a weekly 90-minute program; X2 and X3 are weekly 3-hour programs. View the info pack for class times and location details. X4 launches in 2027 at Hoppers Crossing only, for ages 15–18.
What if I’m not sure which program to choose?
Choose the age group closest to your child when accessing the pack. Ages are a starting point, and our team can help you find the right stage. You can also call us on (03) 4328 0187.
Does accessing the info pack commit us to anything?
No. It’s a way to explore the programs before deciding. Accessing the pack does not enrol your child or reserve a class place.
